I was very pleased with Good House Floor Care & Repair! My inquiry was responded to very quickly and scheduled right away. Anthony even asked to come earlier than scheduled! He removed candle wax from my living room carpet as well as burn marks from me trying to clean it. I should've just called Good House to start with! I highly recommend and would call them for any future carpet needs. Also a percentage of their profits goes to fund cancer research!

Arrival time was 830 to 930 am and Anthony came in just before 9am. He started with stretching the carpet and finished with a lengthy carpet cleaning process. The roll in the carpet disappeared. He was able to get out all the stains (pet urine, and some other stain spot that wasn't urine). He was very detailed with his cleaning process.
