Good House Floor Care & Repair

I was so impressed with the service I received today. I have used multiple professional carpet cleaners for a pet stain I had on the landing of my stairs. I have also cleaned the spot many times on my own using various products. Nothing worked. The stain remained. I had almost given up hope and was actually expecting Good House to replace my carpet. Instead, Anthony was able to clean the spot so well that the carpet looked like new. I was amazed. Good House did an excellent job for me and I would recommend them highly for anyone trying to get rid of pet stains on their carpet!

Area of Berber carpet was damaged. Anthony cut out the damaged area and replaced it. You cannot tell where the patch is.

(5) I’m a five star company and I made a simple mistake and drill a hole in my customer carpet and Anthony came and help me with my problem and my customer was very happy with the job.

Anthony is the best! My cats clawed up our carpet in one of our bedroom doorways and he fixed it so you can not even tell it happened! Excellent communication of when he would be visiting and was quick to get the job done. I would definitely recommend if you need carpet repairs!
