I appreciated the structure / consistency among teachers, although they were all young and some seemed inexperienced. The place was generally clean. I liked being able to see through the window to watch class and be invited it at the end. The website was generally easy to use and makeup classes were easy to schedule. The front desk people were not very helpful / seemed surprised if you try to talk to them. The biggest complaint is the process for unenrolling -- we will not be returning because that process is so weird / unnecessarily hard to do. We should be able to unenroll without having to fill out a form with all that info, that doesn't confirm you submitted and seems to have a lot of errors getting it to save.
