It had its Pros and Cons. Pros- the facility was clean and the actual instructors were good with the children in their style and how they worked with them. Location and parking are favorable. Cons-Even though we signed up for private lessons, my child had a different instructor each time for 3 weeks in a row. And each new instructor wasn’t aware of her level and what she was working on. The clock on the wall was wrong, it wasn’t updated with daylight savings time for months. There is only one spin swimwear dryer that works. Other- The front desk, depending who you interacted with were either really good or really bad. The manager was not very understanding of customer concerns or being solution centered.
