They called back trying to make amends and said someone could come out today to do this alleged “deep cleaning”….instead of the $187 previously quoted, they are trying to charge $400 to clean an 1000 sq ft apartment. This company is horrible and they are crooks. I would never recommend.

Horrible experience with this company. Scheduled a cleaning with them and paid an almost $100 deposit. I was told they were coming at 1:00 PM and they ended up arriving around 4:00 PM. They came in and one of them did not greet me at all, and continued speaking in a different language to the other girl, so I did not know what was going on. I get a call from the office saying that my home requires a deep cleaning when a standard cleaning was the agreed upon rate (kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything laid out in the standard cleaning included what I was asking for. They told the office they could not do the cleaning today but instead would come tomorrow morning. After being 3 hours late. I told them this is not possible as I have guests coming in. So not only did they try to unnecessarily charge me $200 more, they further inconvenienced me by saying they couldn’t do it today....

My Mom, Joy, used them for our condo in Ft Lauderdale. They are absolutely fantastic!!!. Arrived on time, punctual, hard working. Our place was spotless! Highly RECOMEND!!!!

Eileeni did a great job. She showed up on time and worked diligently and well for 3 hours. She did a "standard" cleaning of my small 1 bedroom 1 bath. She cleaned the apartment from top to bottom, with special attention to areas needing extra cleaning, like the kitchen and bath floors and baseboards. Eileeni also cleaned the refrigerator for an additional fee of $50. The office contact person, Maria, helped us choose the right service for our needs. We recommend Go Cleaning Maids.
