Inspector was very thorough when inspecting our new build home that is reaching its 1 year mark. I had marked some stuff before he arrived and he spotted so much more stuff than I realized could be fixed under 1 year warranty! Highly recommend if you need an inspector to check for any possible repairs that need to be done for any home.
