GLASS Home Inspections

In my opinion, you get to witness the true integrity of a Company when you point out a mistake or error they have made. I used Glass Home inspections before purchasing my first home almost a year ago. Recently, my AC guy found damages which should have been caught during the initial inspection a year ago by Sean's team. When I contacted Sean to complain about the issue, he immediately took accountability and sent a check within 3 days to cover the damages that the AC Company charged me. I initially sent Sean an email with my complaint and to be honest, I was incredibly surprised that I did not have a harder time getting a hold of him considering it's been a year– he contacted me right away to hear me out and apologize. We've used Sean a couple of times now, and he saved our bacon the first time around by discovering a hidden mold problem that the seller refused to fix. Deal cancelled. He's, thorough, professional, and on time. We will certainly use him again.
