Started very well. Owner tells me that we should wait a year before they put the top on to let things settle from the water leak which caused a sink hole because it might settle and not finish correctly. I thought this was very nice. I call back this year to set up an appointment to finish and now they want to charge me another $2500 to finish job. Just not right.
