Because I am female senior citizens with health problems, I did not feel that I was up hiring and supervising a contractor. I remembered that
to few folks that I do business with recommended you, so, I trusted you to do a professional job for me also. Sadly, I had to report back and tell them the bad new..
My complaints?
Your representative did not supervise the job, he took my order, gave me phone quote, and never heard from him again. Not only did I move all of the furniture in the house myself but apparently what he told me would be done was not the instructions given to the installers.
The floors are not level,they are badly unlevel in the hallway. Maybe some padding was not removed just installed over. I had advised the rep. that there was only one layer of plywood under the carpeting, but He assured me that the installers would use a compound to...

Our (my wife and I) experience was first rate from start to finish. Eric was so helpful in many ways. John, the installer and his helper(forgot his name sorry) were polite and professional from start to finish so much that at the end of the job, at my request and insistence , I cooked them a full breakfast!! Never did that ever before. Great clean-up and a beautiful floor was laid down. I highly recommend them. Ask for Eric, the best!!!

Giant Floor in Bartonsville, Pennsylvania was the best choice for me while looking for a place to redo my floors. I moved them from New Jersey months ago and I decided to patronize a small businesses rather than the big let’s just say Lowe’s and Home Depot. 😳 Best decision I ever made. I walked in there, one day looking around and the manager Eric came up to me and worked with me ,from that point on the decision was easy very nice and professional. They did my whole first floor, the hallway and the second floor and two staircases with carpeting, and the workers will also very professional….A++++
