Get Scene puts and packs a lot in to their classes and workshops both in person and online, and that includes the many they offer for free. I just finished their Perfect Submission workshop with Jason Lockhart. Any opportunity you have to get in front of that dude is fully worth your time, energy and money. Literally no one knows more what books in the southeast. His delivery is always respectful, but candid and direct. No fluff. Thanks to Jesse and the GS team for facilitating another knowledge bomb.

I was a little skeptical going into the Get Scene workshop wondering what I'd learn and be able to put into practice. It was much better than I could have imagined. Getting real world feedback that us actors would like on every audition was excellent. From your performance to the technical setup, everything was evaluated and solutions were provided to boost your chances of booking the role. Carol was able to show us what CDs look for, what will have your tape skipped, and how to put your best foot forward. I'd recommend GetScene to any actor that's looking to take the next steps in their career!

Love all of the classes I have taken so far! I learn something new in each and every class I’ve taken and I don’t see that stopping ever. It’s not just about business and how to be a better actor, but it’s also a very spiritual experience, as well. Spiritual as in you make these invaluable connections from people all over who you wouldn’t have met otherwise and you’re pursuing your dreams. I’d say that’s spiritual! All the teachers have been supportive and I think that’s one of the most important aspects!

By the way, these classes are worth way more than what you’re paying, sooooo that’s why I can take so many. Get Scene keeps it affordable.
