My two boys went to GHES preschool and were so prepared for kindergarten. They were not only prepared academically but socially and emotionally ready to move on to kindergarten. My youngest now is at GHES and we are so happy to be back in the GHES community. They are like family! Read more >

I have three kids go through Georgetown Hill and about to have my 4th child go through GHES. My family and I love Georgetown Hill because they treat us like family. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and always have my child's best interest at heart. When my older kids stop by to visit or pick up their sibling, all the teachers come by to say hello and some of them still try to offer them snacks. We love this place because they more than just watch your child, they teach them through P.L.A.Y. and prepare them for kindergarten. Can't say enough about this school. Read more >

My wife and I love GHES Darnestown Campus. Our daughter attended last year as a two year old in Mrs. Sylvia's and Ms. Ciarra's Two's class and the experience was fantastic. Our daughter had some adjustment issues attending her first school (i.e., a bit of crying at drop off) and Mrs. Sylvia and Ms. Ciarra showed her tremendous love, kindness, patience and caring and made the whole experience as wonderful as it could be. We always knew we were leaving our daughter in a safe, nurturing, caring environment and that made us feel great. Mrs. Sylvia and Ms. Ciarra went above and beyond in any number of ways. Often times they would "fix" our daughter's hair during the school day (because daddy's hair skills are somewhat limited in the mornings) by either braiding it or putting it into nice pony tails, and often times they would let her sit on one of their laps during... As first time parents we were scared and simply wanted what was best for our first and only daughter, Samantha Madison Posner. Georgetown Hill was welcoming, patient, and loving from our very first tour to current summer camp experience. Kirsten has always been there to answer out every question from academic to billing. Not enough words can express our gratitude towards Mrs.Silvia and Mrs.Ciara for loving, nurturing, and educating our princess. Both of these teachers have guided us each and every moment through drop off tears, potty training, and laughable moments. Our daughter has learned so much in just one year of pre school.
