I love Genesee Valley Agency because they make a complicated part of life simple. Lori is always looking out for the best price and coverage for us. We have insured trailers, a motorhome, livestock trailers, pull behind campers, our house and barn. Poor Lori has had to work hard for us. Every time I call to change out an item she does it willingly and will a smile. I have been able to provide information to her each time and not even have to make a trip to the office. When life is so busy this counts a lot. Insurance is a topic that in the pasted would stress me but since we have Lori, it is no longer a worry of mine. Thank you!

I love Geneseo Vally Agency for one reason! Whenever I call or stop into the Dansville office, Lori always has a smile, all the answers to our questions and if she doesn’t, she will find out and get right back with us! We bought all our insurance policies from Lori. When we called after my husband’s accident, she gave us peace of mind that our insurance would take care of us, and it did! I think that we would follow Lori to any insurance office she worked at because she knows insurance.

I have been with Spencer Agency for over 8 years and was surprised when the agency was purchased by Genesee Valley Agency. I have also been saddened to see the staff turnover rate since the change to Genesee Valley Agency. Luanne Lehman, Michelle Stouffer, and Kelly Haynes were all great to work with and I hope that the turnover was not due to the agency changing ownership. I appreciated working with one reliable person to handle my insurance needs and now it seems every time I email my contact I hear back that that person no longer works with the agency... kind of disheartening. My new contacts are good people and I am not complaining, I just hope the company treats their employees right.

I loved working with Cassie at the Genesee Valley Agency. She was patient and keep me informed all through the process of adding an auto and umbrella policy.
