One of the easiest groups to work with. The time I'd normally spend waiting on hold to establish initial connection with an agent at larger agencies is now the time I spend making easy communication back and forth for a fix action at Genesee Valley Agency. The rates were also substantially lower which could be summed up as the cherry on top, really. Trisha has helped me out now on numerous occasions-- via phone, email, and an in-person encounter--without a glitch since, I switched over in summer of 2020.
