The Fertility doctors are too busy, they only have patient with you at the initial consultation, next time you see the doctor is egg retrieval time. I have one small schedule mistake made by staff, but it was ok not affecting much. And Also their payment system is not very clear on the patient portal. Treatment, storage fees mixed into one payment, instead of have separate options to choose and pay each one individually. When do monitoring, sometimes the wait is just 15min, but sometimes can wait up to 1 hour. Also some assistant are very detailed, some assistant not very clear on email sending to me about the medication dosage or when to use, I have to call in to clarify. And I don't feel like my best interests have been watched here. They just keep doing it like machines try to make money out of me. Whenever something happens always it's your body fault, we cannot control anything...
