As this was my first time doing IVF I felt very lost in the process and things were not explained well. After spending thousands upon thousands of dollars. There was no follow up after my failed IVF cycle. Also. Everytime I stepped in the door it seemed I owed money for something I wasn’t even aware of. It was just you have a balance. With no explanation of what it was for. And I also had insurance that they took but seemed like after billing insurance 20k. I still spent almost around 15 grand out of pocket. The doctor was always in a rush. And I felt I was just apart of an assembly line. After one year time and so much money. Not even to get a follow up phone call is disheartening to say the least.
