If I could give them ten stars, I would. I have had a fantastic experience with GNF, from the front desk to the billing department.
The patient are responsible for tracking what they pay for the medical services and what medication they have on hand. I always was able to clarify every dollar with their wonderful billing department within one call in five minutes.
Even the best clinic with 1000 employees won't be able to service people who don't care and need babysitting with each step.

Even though I was always given the best instructions, all the calls were on time, and every appointment (I had over 150) was on time. The receptionist knew my face when I just walked in.

Dr. Nejat was so amazing. I'll be thankful for life for our little miracle. I'll never stop recommending this clinic to everyone who's struggling with infertility.

Dr. Luk and Dr. Hade were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to explain every step and answer all our questions. The personalized care made a huge difference, and the emotional support from everyone was invaluable. We loved the doctors, clinical assistants, and nurses—they were all kind and empathetic.

Dr. Luk's expertise was evident throughout the process. Despite having great quality embryos, we faced implantation issues. Dr. Luk made sure my uterus was ready for implantation. After experiencing an implantation failure, we did testing and antibiotics treatment. Our second embryo implanted successfully. Thank you for the amazing treatment!

The office and equipment is nice and new, giving off the notion that everything is very well kept. I really enjoyed my first visit, meeting the assigned doctor and her assistant who made me feel very comfortable.

However, I immediately started looking into a different clinic after the doctor missed to call me twice with my blood work. There wasn't much of an explanation why I didn't get my calls as originally planned, which I also had to block off work in advance to receive and I only got a call after few emails & calls to the office. The follow up call also lasted 2 seconds, I felt that my questions weren't answered clearly and was left at the end of the call stressed out as they suggested for more tests and visits, without much explanation. I'm writing this review in regards to efficiency, competency, and honesty of this clinic.
-At times this clinic seems very unorganized, eg: Routine lab work is obviously required often. I was instructed to trigger with Ovidrel(this med causes b-hcg to spike), then IUI after. For some reason a b-hcg was ordered and drawn without my knowledge (like many labs until i view them on the portal), a clinical assistant calls me to congratulate me on my pregnancy. Another instance - I only had 1 embryo - a lab tech emailed me asking me which embryo to thaw....so were they looking at my eggs or someone else's?
-For one of my FET transfers I was prescribed Crinone BID (twice a day). Since my prescription was BID i had to pay 2500 out of pocket. A few days later I receive instructions stating I only need it once a day. So now i just spent an extra 2k on meds i didn't need and they're...

Probably the worst clinic in the city in terms of customer service. The doctors are fine but their finance department and front desk make every effort to ensure their services are as expensive and as inconvenient to pay as possible, while remaining conspicuously unavailable to speak on the phone or otherwise address issues or concerns. Their policies are opaque and confusing. Do yourself a favor and go with Weil Cornell or Columbia or another more reputable clinic that won’t nickel and dime you and might actually be covered by your insurance!

Lovely experience working with Dr. Nejat and Dr. Sekin. The doctors are very knowledgeable, personable and kind. The support team there are amazing. In my opinion, Dr. Nejat’s suggestions helped with our positive outcome. Monitoring appts are early, making it easy to get to work after. You receive updates within hours of your appointment. A lot of correspondence is via email, which for me was the best form of communication. The team provides a quick turn around time if you have questions. There are two parking lots behind the building and the office is close to train stations. If I had a question about billing, the finance team did get back to me within 24 hours.
