a waste of money and a very corrupt clinic. the cheap price tag exists for a reason.

It's time to express my gratitude for such a priceless gift. Our family grateful to Dr. Luk and her team for the opportunity to become a mother. It has not been an easy journey, but when a doctor sticks with you, it means a lot. My husband and I are over the moon happiness. Thank you, you did the impossible for us. I trust only this clinic and recommend them with all my heart. ❤️

I am so grateful for GNF!!!! I had such an incredible experience. Dr. Seckin was the perfect doctor for me. Calm spirited, excellent bedside manner, and always in good spirits. She addressed every situation with such grace, explaining thoroughly along the way. This could have been such a confusing and stressful experience, but not with Dr. Seckin! I felt like the whole office became my friends and I was always happy to show up for my appointments. The girls that take your blood are so kind and wonderful as well. The office is clean, comfortable, and I never had to wait for too long, plus appointments were easy to schedule. I was able to get pregnant within 3 months of going to GNF, and am looking forward to seeing them again when it’s time for baby #2! My only regret is that Dr. Seckin can’t continue to be my doctor throughout the entire pregnancy!!

You will never speak to the same person twice. Either they \keep firing people or people keep quitting and I don't blame them. The clinic is in disarray and always chaotic. No one ever knows what is going on. There is no transparency about finances, they are impossible to get in touch with, you rarely get a human response, just general email responses that feel like they use ChatGPT. The information you get during your consults conflicts with what you're told by the rest of the clinic/admin teams. The office on 11 may be pretty but the office on 5 is a nightmare and I've since learned they often have bed bug/roach/mice infestations. That was the last straw for me. The bare minimum I expect is a clean clinic with knowledgeable staff.

I’m still on my journey w/ GNF and I’m still hoping and praying that it will end in success. I felt the need tonight to write a review because no matter what happens my Husband and I are really blessed to have found this place and these people. Today I had an urgent matter (or what I felt to be “urgent”) and Dr. Hayde as well as Dr. Luk made sure it was addressed in a timely fashion. My doctor is Dr. Seckin and she is away at the moment but even she took time to address my concerns and send me an email. They made me a priority and I REALLY appreciate that about them. My first FET didn’t go as planned but I feel like they are diligently working to make sure my next transfer is successful. I never once have felt forgotten or left behind, as is evident by their response to me today. I had a very positive experience with Generation Next Fertility. Dr. Luk and her team were considerate, well-informed and organized from my very first appointment. They patiently answered all my questions and cleared any confusion I had during my appointments and were very prompt in sending out emails after each appointment with notes. Everyone I interacted with, from the doctors to the nurses to the receptionists, were very kind and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. The clinic is also spacious and clean and gets tons of light, which really helped calm my nerves before my monitoring appointments. I am super happy with the outcome and I highly recommend this clinic!

Few things to improve would be
a) the patient portal's user experience is pretty bad. It's not user-friendly and pretty outdated, especially the billing section.

Love the Dr. Luk and practice. It has been an amazing experience. I have diminished ovarian reserve. Love the natural cycles and mild stimulation. Great experience with egg retrievals. They even able to get eggs under local anesthesia without IV sedation. I am so scared of IV sedation. They were able to accommodate me. Dr. Hade and Dr. Seckin are amazing in getting the eggs even there is only one or two each time. Dr. Luk is my doctor with great compassion with diminished ovarian reserve. The lab is able to make embryos that no other places could have in the past. It is not easy... with only limited number of eggs to work with. My surgical experience with egg retrievals at Gennext was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you team!!! Thank you for the normal embryo we got!

Today I was scheduled for my first appointment at this clinic. I had the nastiest most racist encounter from the clinic with their receptionist by the name of Silvia. She barely wanted to assist me and asked me if I was in the right place upon arrival after I showed her my appointment confirmation .. if I was white would she have asked me that question? She also clearly with a disgusted look on her face kept blaming me for the fact that this facilities Zocdoc appointment slots don’t actually match up with their availability. Instead of being a professional about it and trying to fix the problem she decided to try and belittle me with her hatred. Constantly talking down on me and throwing little jabs as if I’m incapable of being competent. I attended the free AMH testing day here and I'm so happy I did. I felt like this was a luxe experience and I'm surprised it was free because it was so nice! Everyone was very welcoming and they gave us refreshments and pizza. We also had a very informative presentation on interpreting our AMH results and about other factors that effect eggs and the ability to conceive. I left there feeling informed about my fertility decisions which I greatly appreciate.

I had a very disappointing experience with this fertility clinic. The clinic is privately owned by the two doctors listed as co-founders, and it feels like every mistake they make or failure you experience benefits them financially, trapping you in an endless IVF cycle. They seem to prioritize profit over patient care, earning millions as private owners.

Empty follicles were a common occurrence in this clinic, likely due to inappropriate protocols, poor egg retrieval techniques, or human errors. However, the clinic always blame your body. Despite having follicles under 16mm, they failed to retrieve any eggs. Other clinics are more skilled at extracting eggs from smaller follicles.

The embryology lab is staffed with young and inexperienced personnel, many of whom are paid minimum wage. This is highly concerning when dealing with something as critical as...
