I've had appointments with both Dr Luk and Dr Nejat and think they're both great - caring and knowledgeable (within this industry which can be a bit of a machine). Nurses are also amazing, very prompt on communication with lots of information. They remember who you are and are super friendly. I was very scared about the progesterone oil shot and Nurse Juany was wonderful in providing me with lots of information and even doing a trial shot. I love the straightforward fast checkup procedures and that they are very willing to work with you on pricing. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, wonderful experience working with Dr Luk, Dr Nejat and all the staff at Gen Next. Such a pleasant and memorable experience from the introductory meeting with Dr Luk through the blessing of the birth our son. Dr Luk put us at ease through a stressful and emotional process, always taking time to explain what was happening and answer our questions. We really connected with Dr Luk and laughed so much with her that we always look forward to our appointments. She is truly a caring and talented professional who is passionate about the work she does. This was the case with all of the medical and administrative staff we encountered. I am thrilled to have found Gen Next and would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking to go through fertility treatment.

Dr Luk and Dr Nejat are very hard working and good problem solvers. I came in from RMA where I did not have a good IVF cycle in addition to about 4 miscarriages and 1 ectopic pregnancy, -no one was interested in actually problem solving what went wrong. I now have a wonderful baby .
I thank god and these people every day in my prayers because I thought there was no hope.

I had a great experience with Generation Next. Everyone at the clinic, from the receptionists to the nurses are great. Both Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat are exceptional doctors, have great bedside manners, and most of all, really care about their patients. Highly recommended.

Dr. Luk is worst doctor. She used to work at Neway fertility. I used to be her patient at Neway. She talks in very unprofessional way. When she decided to leave Neway she tried to transfer my case to some other fertility clinic despite me insisting to continue with her since the IVF procedure not yet started but she abruptly moved on. I had to cancel my procedure costing me thousands of dollars agency fees and other expenses. Avoid this doctor. They are like butchers from slaughter houses, can do anything for their selfish gains. She has no integrity or honesty. If there are some positive reviews here that is only for business/selfish gains. Her ethics are doubtful and no concern for others feelings.

My experience with Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat and the entire staff of Generation Next has been such a blessing that I will be forever grateful for.

IFV is an emotional roller coaster, and something no one tells you is that it is incredibly taxing on a woman , both physically and emotionally. You will want two doctors like Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat to support through it. They are both, highly skilled, passionate about their work and compassionate to each and every patient. Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat’s work ethic transfers over to all that work with them . The office runs like a machine, efficient and meticulous. Not only that but the office is comprised of front desk staff, technicians, and nurses who know EVERY patient by name ( and there are many, many patients) are invested in the work and do nothing but go out of their way to help the families at Generation Next.

Dr. Luk, Dr. Nejat & the nurses were amazing during this entire process. They were supportive and caring every step of the way & always provided helpful insight to our questions & concerns during visits as well as phone calls not during regular hours. Going through IVF is a difficult process & everyone at Gen Next was sensitive to our feelings & always comforted us along the way. Dr. Luk & Dr. Nejat tailored a protocol that worked for me & because of them we have our sweet baby girl. We are forever grateful for their work & mannerism during this rollercoaster of a ride!

I highly recommend Dr Luk & Generation Next Fertility. She is willing to look outside of the box more than others I've worked with, and ultimately our treatment with her resulted in our daughter. She works hard to help her patients achieve success, and listens to our concerns. I felt like the care I received was more personalize than at other clinics, and while she is focused on the medical side of the care, she's also very compassionate and valued my experience, regardless of the outcome. I arrived to GN after they were able to help my friend conceive a couple years ago. We have been TTC for almost a decade (more aggressively so in the past few years) and in working with Drs Nejat and Luk and their amazing team for a year, we are pregnant!

No one should think they are going to walk into a fertility clinic and the RE is going to magically make them pregnant overnight. It can be very mentally, physically, and financially exhausting and the further you are in taking care of your own and health (mental and physical), the more prepared you will be to endure what’s ahead. Over the years I made major changes to my lifestyle: reduced stress, better diet, weekly yoga, acupuncture (Lida Ahmady and Daniel Camburn in Soho are the absolute best), a good support system, and lots of rest.
