Nightmare process. Multiple sales and customer service employees lied. I was told an active leak would be tarped while waiting for installation. That didn't happen. Installation timeline was completely false. Still do not have paperwork on warranty. (for all I know the warranty is a scam to get the sale)

Pleas note, the company finally did make things right. This was the direct result of the general manager Anthony Riccio. Once he took over the process I was not told any more lies and he communicated what was being done to fixed what was promised. Although all problems were not able to be fixed, he let me know, and why they could not be fixed. In my opinion, Anthony Riccio should get an 8 or 9 star review just for fixing the mess that was my roof installation. He is the one positive I had with Garvin Metal Roofs.

Extremely easy to work with! Garvin did a wonderful job on our new stone-coated roof and the price was exactly what they said it would be.. Their crew was very respectful and left our property cleaner than they found it!! Definitely 5 STARS from the Guerrero family!!!

Ive seen the Garvin Metal Roofs TV commercials for many years and finally had a chance to try them out, due to needing a entire new metal roof system because of a storm that blew through last spring.
The Garvin guys were GREAT to work with, did absolutely AWESOME work and exceeded my expectations in regard to speed, quality, safety, and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends for a metal roof installation.

Adam Conrad and his team leader "Eddie" along with his crew did a fabulous job installing our new Metal Shingle roof. They were very informative and respectful of our property and surrounding landscaping. Eddie was very conscientious and particular of how the job was progressing each day.
