Very poor customer service. Our roof was very slightly damaged d/t a storm. I repeatedly contacted Garvin roofs to no avail. NOBODY would respond or help. I like the roof but wound NEVER recommend them.

They could have done better. Lots of wavy lines because they didn’t check the roof underneath with the additional weight of the metal. Also, If the rain blows hard enough, the roof will leak at the peak. I expected perfection and it wasn’t.

We received two roofs replacements. During the replacement process a section of guttering was crushed from ladder placement and historical trim was damaged. After job completion communication was lacking and we are concerned that if we sell the properties Garvin will deny our request to transfer the warranties. We would hesitate to use them in the future.
