The sales team put together a detailed estimate for a new metal roof within a day. The terms and time line were crystal clear all along the way. Highly professional communication from day one right up until project completion. They even worked with me on the timing of the payments and the start of the work when I was closing on my home. We had a brief but stressful issue with obtaining permits and Garvin representatives were in constant contact with me and the city to get the issue resolved cleanly.
