Great product at a great price. The job foreman, Mike was great to work with. The crew's attention to detail was evident in everything they did. They had rain every day but they pushed on through it. Very polite, were mindful of all trees/bushes and cleaned up every day. We absolutely love our new roof. Thanks Mike, Harry and Sandwich!

I would not recommend poor customer service they said would call back in 1 hour with an estimate never did hear back

We replaced 5 roofs on our property on the St. Lawrence River this past April. Garvin did an excellent job. Right on time at 7 am every day with a large crew. They did not stand around and they worked all day. We had them install stone coated steel roofing. It looks so awesome. I highly recommend them to you.

We set up a time to get an estimate on a roof done. The estimator didn't show up at the specified time. They said 8 weeks and they would start on the work but didnt start working on it until 10-11 weeks. We received no calls from the office or the crew to give us a heads up on what was going on, we always made the calls to the office to ask what the hold up was. When they started working they worked every other day from the time they dropped the trailer off to the day they finished. We continue to find screws left on the ground from the installation. Not as professional as they advertise.

We had a metal roof put on a few weeks ago. The crew that worked on our roof were outstanding. Tony, PJ, and Joe were a great team. Some of the days were extremely hot and some days were rainy. They just kept at it and did a tremendous job. They made sure that we were happy every step of the way and were always ready to answer any questions that we had. Extremely polite and professional. Thank you to a super great team. We couldn't have asked for three better installers!

We recently had a metal roof installed, and love the way it turned out! Looks great! There crew went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. They were very respectful and did a great job! Hopefully it all works well and warrenty is good!

I contacted them to get a price for a roof replacement via their website contact form. The email bounced back as undeliverable.

I called to make an appointment for today at 3PM. I took time off of work to meet the estimator. Garvin even sent an email confirmation. I arrived home at 2:50 to find a folder left outside my home and no estimator here.

I tried calling the estimators number left in the folder. No answer. I tried calling the N.Y. number - it won’t go through. I tried the PA number and nobody answers and I’m asked to leave a message.

If the estimator is not going to keep an appointment, the least that could be done is to make a phone call, alternatively they could even answer the phone when I (a perspective customer) called.

A TOTALLY 3rd RATE EXPERIENCE!
