Office staff was very communicative and answered all questions up front. Work was started and completed on schedule. No complaints thus far, seems to be great value for what you get. Stone coated metal is the way to go; looks like shingles to most people, and the extra cost upfront is minimal when considering the cost of 2 shingle roofs for same life expectancy. Looking forward to never having to replace this 2500 sqft roof again.

Did a great job with the roof. However there was a small section that was supposed to be replaced that required a different material due to the slope. I was told they would come back and finish it and they never returned. Even after speaking to them several times. I guess they blow you off once they paid. Very disappointed.
