I was referred to Glen by my attorney and what a gem he is! From the minute I spoke with him on the phone he was helpful and his knowledge of his field was apparent. He was patient and insightful as I was sharing information with him. We made the appt. time and he was on time for the appraisal. He works very independent but is open to anything you as the owner of the property have to offer. I got the appraisal back from him in a timely manner and it was outstanding. This man worked his tail off. So much research he did and compiled it neatly for your reckoning. The pictures he took I have to say were amazing! Overall he gets 5 stars without question!
