Horrible. My Dad contacted them around the 4th of July looking for help. They did not have any beds open at that time and was promised or reserved a bed for the 17th. He didn’t want to wait that long and the “admissions department ” said that if any openings happened before the 17th he was the first person to get a bed. Anyways no beds opened up and we made it to the 17th. Once we arrived at the detox to drop him off they said they had no beds available, refused to let him wait inside and eventually asked him to leave the property. On top of that the woman at the detox said she had beds open all week and was trying to call people. To do that to someone who wants help, who is struggling with substance abuse issues is unacceptable. This business is life or death and you can’t treat people like this.
