The Learning Tree Howell

All the staff are so kind and helpful. They always greet you with smiles, make time to answer questions and/or concerns, and strive to make your experience at The Learning Tree wonderful. It is so nice to be able to leave your child and not worry the whole time (of course we will still worry a little, right? 😉)

Ms. Erica is an amazing teacher! She has taken our son right under her wing and made him feel so comfortable. This is his first time in daycare/school he was very nervous and scared and now he loves seeing her and coming to school!
The whole staff is so supportive and helpful!

We love The Learning Tree. The staff are always so friendly. Miss Erica does an awesome job. My child looks foward to going to school everyday. Thank you Miss Erica for all you do!

My son had the wonderful opportunity to have Miss Amber as his Preschool teacher. She is definitely made for what she does and it is obvious the minute you walk into her classroom. She is a caring, loving, nuturing soul. My son is sad that he is moving up into Pre-K because he is going to miss Miss Amber “so much.” Glad to have two more kids who will hopefully have the opportunity to learn from her in the near future! Keep up the amazing work- you truly are one of a kind! :)

If I could give 3.5 stars I would. The staff at the Learning Tree Howell gets 5 stars, they are great. I know that my child gets the care that she needs and has a great time. One of her favorite things is the splash pad. I also love the daily updates and pictures.
However, I give the company a 2 star. The amount of turnover is astronomical. Which leads me to believe that the Learning Tree company does not take care of their employees. Either they do not pay well, or they do not treat their employees well. My guess is that it is a combination of both. The reason that this concerns me is that it is important for my child to have consistency in the people that she sees.
I also have a problem that they do not offer sick days. If you keep your child home due to illness you still have to pay for that day of daycare. This leads to parents sending their children to daycare sick...

We chose The Learning Tree because if their green policies and eco friendly environment. I LOVE that they have their pen kitchen and that they serve organic food. Smoothies for birthdays instead of sugary heavy cakes.
I just wish they had less turnover.
