I've been bringing a friend to FYZICAL for a few months now. She was having severe vertigo which Lisa took care of in just a visit or two. She's now continuing PT twice a week to improve her strength and balance. Lisa and Mike have been great treating her. Both are very caring and conscientious. I called a few mornings ago crying and in desperation. I had really bad vertigo and could barely sit up. I believe his name is Joe that answered the phone. He empathized with me and said to come in ASAP. Three other people told me no before I called them. I came in crying and overwhelmed. Lisa greeted me with compassion and helped me to the treatment area. She treated me, and even held my hair and patted my back while I puked from the nausea. I appreciate her care so much, as I'm also 6 months pregnant. Even the other physical therapist stepped in to help with another client while Lisa was tending to me. I'm slowly on the mend.
