Our experience ended before it even started, I gave my daughter in law a check for the registration and my granddaughter was going to start that week but other circumstances prevented us from bringing her. We decided to bring her the following week but they demanded another payment. They cashed my check and refused to reimburse us when we informed them that she wouldn’t be coming anymore. Lisa was awfully rude and said “I shouldn’t be talking to you”. She didn’t care whose check it was when they cashed it. So, they basically stole our money! Not the “caring”, “family” place they profess to be..

Oy. Where do I start. The Director, Lisa was really sweet and down to earth. However, upon the start of my tour a bad smell gave me pause. This is not a clean place. Granted, I was told that they are in the process of making changes and preparing for a new year, but the smell was terrible (baby diapers and trash?). At the end of our tour wa woman es named Dhalia and I stood for 10-15mins and conversed about the details of their program, but I could barely hear anything over the sound of a baby screaming the entire time. I had my 2yr old and soon to be 4 year old with me and even they got concerned and asked what was wrong with the baby. Turns out the baby "has a fever and is going home." Though my son has only been going here a few months I've noticed a very big change in him, he loves school and loves his teachers, The staff is great! friendly, and very supportive. It really is the place you want your children to be when they are away from you. because you know they are in great hands!

I highly recommend this school...my daughter has been going for 1 1/2 years and she enjoys going to school. Her teacher is amazing and all staff employees are very respectful, courteous and kind.
