Future Generation

Pros: The staff is professional, wonderful, helpful, and very attentive when it comes to your child care needs. Unfortunately, I had to remove my infant son after a week due to my work schedule, but if I could have I would have left him there. I was fortunate enough to use my deposit for the child care needs of my 8 year old for summer camp which was very helpful and he had a wonderful experience and never wanted to go home.

Cons: The location is a smaller one space wise, but the needs of the children are met and the children are cared for, that's all that a mother can ask for; that their child is well taken care of in their absence.

I would highly recommend touring the facility and speaking with the director Ms. Lisa to see if it meets your child care needs.

Future Generation is a wonderful place to work at. I love working at Future Generation this is my second home. I have the greatest bosses at all time. I won't change it in the world I love being there with my FG Family love y'all.

This place is trash !! Always hve been always will be do not send your kids here they treat the staff and the children terrible They are money hungry and pay for reviews it stinks very badly a mixture of mold & diapers ! I use to work here !! I was saving my review because I didn’t want it to effect my sisters job! Luckily I got out ASAP they are quick to tell you your lying no matter the circumstances! And Lisa is very rude !!! And obviously uneducated I’ve worked at many daycares and this by far is the worst one in ESSEX COUNTY the people that you see making comments they made them do that and also they are always OUT OF RATIO and OUT OF LINE !!!

Also they swipe for kids that aren’t even present for program for parents I’ve worked there almost 6 months my life was nothing short of torture seeing those poor kids get treated like they were just a dollar sign the fake...

We have taken our daugther there since she was 4 yrs old. She is now 5 yrs old and excelling with her development. They really work with the children on development skills.
My husband and I are confident and comfortable when we leave our daughter everyday. With tadpole apps they keep us informed in all the activities they do.. The directors do not hesitate to call either one of us during the day.. That get a BIG STAR in my book!!
They are family oriented and make us feel a part of their family too.
Like we always say to each and everyone of the staff THANK YOU for taking good care of our daughter everyday..
This will be our daughter last year with Future Generation she is 100% ready to start kindergarten thanks again to all pre k teacher and staff. Also thank you to Miss Lynette and Lisa for job well done everyday.

My son is 11yrs old. He went to this daycare for years as a baby to a kindergartener. He loved it. The staff remembers him always. Now my daughter who is 4 goes there. Has been here for 3 years about . She absolutely LOVES it! I love the staff. Patience with my little girl always (and she's a diva) my daughter loves everyone there and she gets upset if she misses a day. I wouldn't trust no other place!

My son has been enrolled at Future Generation for over a year now, and has never been happier.

A special needs child with a very hyperactive personality, my son's every need has been met by the kind, supportive, and loving staff at every turn. Trust me -- he's a handful. And not only does the staff and administration at Future Gen handle it in stride, but they've also taught me a lot -- their patience and redirection initiatives help me manage him at home, as well. With a gentler approach.

My son is four years old, and this is our fourth daycare. We are not strangers to the concept of daycare. Our first wasn't the right fit, our second was an at-home daycare which didn't work for us. Our third had all the glitz and glamour of what every parent would want for their kid -- but no substance. They didn't "teach," they only managed. Their staff turnover...

Future Generation has been the home away from hone for my daughter. To have a program that knows and understands your child almost as much as you do is truly a blessing. Ever morning when i drop my child off I leave worry free! #bestprogramever

If i could give no stars i would. My son went here for two weeks. Of course on my first visit they had just finished cleaning but on the other days it smelled like they didnt clean every night. My son was bullied by an older kid and they did nothing and i witnessed an aid slamming a little boy in a chair because she couldnt take him crying i guess. I ate the cash i put into it because they wouldnt return my money i paid for the money but that was not a big issue, the issue was my son has to endure being there for two weeks till i found a wonderful place to put him in. he cried all day every day my poor thing i could tell from his red eyes every day when i picked him up. Long story short they take advantage of single mothers in my opinion who have no choice but to work. This place is a huge thumbs down, do not subject your children to it. they should be shut down!

My daughter has been at the day care since she was 1 and now my 5 month old son is also there. They are like an extended family and my daughter always comes home happy and usually doesn't want to leave. Every teacher has been amazing and Ms. Lisa and Ms. Lynette have been very helpful throughout the years. They are very understanding to each parents situation and work with you to ensure your child gets the best care possible. The infant room is super clean and the staff really cares for your baby. Ms. Amina and Ms. Desi class are so fun and my daughter has learned all her ABCs and numbers and much more. While more space would be nice, I like that it's not too large because kids are given more attention since classroom sizes are smaller than other locations. Highly recommend this daycare!
