Future Generation is a very caring Daycare. The administration and teachers take time to tend to the children's needs.

The staff is hard working and dedicated to making a safe environment for our children. I always have had a pleasant greeting from each and every last staff member for the 3 years my children have attended the school. I definitely recommend them for your childcare needs.

I am writing this review, not because my child attended FG program but because while researching this program and going through the reviews, I came upon a response that the owner left someone. The response was extremely distasteful and quite frankly rude and disrespectful. The owner even mentions the person leaving FG for a "FREE" program and not being able to pay her tuition. In my opinion, that information is personal and should not be shared for the public to know. To me, the comment also seemed to be attacking the parent. I don't know what the owner experienced with dealing with this parent, but I think the way it was handled in the response was inappropriate and malicious. There was an extreme lack of empathy in the response, and I would not want an individual that lacks tact and empathy to oversee a daycare that my child would attend. I’ve been at FG for 3 years, and it’s been a trying 3 years for everyone (2019-2022). But they have seriously gone above and beyond to provide consistent care for their families, in a loving, nurturing and safe environment, even in the pandemic. Recently they implemented Weekly PCR testing for the kids which is a huge bonus, as it provides another layer of security as well as convenience.. The staff in all four classrooms my daughter has been in have all treated us like family. I never worry about my daughter, and she’s always excited to go to “school”. It’s a small center, which I personally love. Everyone knows my kid, not just the teacher in her classroom. The walls are always covered in bright colors, child artwork, and seasonal decorations, and they greet us a the door every day with big smiles. During the most hardest times we've been through during Covid 19, they stayed ahead of everyone and were able to stay open for the Essential workers. While my previous day care had to close their doors FG was able to help me and my 2 kids, at the time 2 and 3 years old. I have seen such great improvement in both of my kids. They truly care and are super helpful! We have now been here for over a year and we love it!

Ms. Felicia & Ms. Shakira were both very good teachers to my kids when they were enrolled from 2019-2020. The admin staff, Ms. Lisa & Ms. Lynette, unfortunately weren’t always the friendliness/professional to speak to either on the phone or in person. These issues revolved around incidents were my children were sick (which seemed to happen often which concerned me with their sanitation methods after hours) or got injured (my son had a big bruise above his eyelid that could not be properly explained to me back in Jan or Feb 2019 once I had picked him up) or from time to time with making my weekly payments. I ending up withdrawing them both about two months apart from each other in early 2020.

Lisa was very personable and helpful when we visited the daycare. Other teachers we've interacted there were also friendly and welcoming. We wanted to bring our son there, but due to a sudden move (job relocation) we no longer are joining the Future Generation family. They were very understanding of our situation. I'd recommend Future Generation Early Learning Center to those who are looking for a flexible daycare.
