Excellent working with Michael Velazquez! He ensured I received the maximum funding I could receive during the first round. Garnered business lines of credit totaling $63,000 within a few weeks. This included a tough negotiation with a bank that eventually turned out favorably.

Since receiving funding in January 2021, I have closed on a 1-bed oceanfront condo in Florida, which I am setting up for short-term rental investment purposes. The unit has been painted, new furniture unpacked, photos scheduled and going live shortly.

I am eager to continue working with Fund & Grow and Michael in particular, to continue with additional rounds of funding and expand on my investments.
