I dont know how the hell the got so many 5 star reviews. Customer service is terrible. It takes three weeks to finally speak to the rep that applies for your cards. Then u gotta wait another two weeks to get the cards. Then u gotta wait more week for the rep to call and negotiate a higher limit... They take forever to respond to emails or texts and never answer the phone.. I dont care how many customers they have or how many reviews they have... As a customer, I care about how they service ME. and if they're too busy helping other people, then I don't care if those other people give five stars. My own review is a zero star review.
