I dont know how the hell the got so many 5 star reviews. Customer service is terrible. It takes three weeks to finally speak to the rep that applies for your cards. Then u gotta wait another two weeks to get the cards. Then u gotta wait more week for the rep to call and negotiate a higher limit... They take forever to respond to emails or texts and never answer the phone.. I dont care how many customers they have or how many reviews they have... As a customer, I care about how they service ME. and if they're too busy helping other people, then I don't care if those other people give five stars. My own review is a zero star review.

Stephanie was very easy to work with and very professional. She originally got me 30k+ in business credit, but after negotiations, I ended up with 67k+ in my first round. This was a good experience. Can wait for round two. Fund and Grow was great. This was a task that I didn’t want to do myself.

When I sign up with Fund & Grow , I was skeptical with the entire process but everybody is super professional and guide me through the entire process. I closely worked with Stephanie Curtis and she answer me all questions by either phone call, emails and texts. She was beyond my expectation on customer service. I was originally approved for $46,000 credit and the following week she re negotiated with the banks and raise to $69,000.
