This company falsely advertises that they can provide you funds on business card that you can use for your real estate transactions. I talked to their agents several times on the phone that funding a down payment was my sole reason for seeking business credit.
At the end, they got me some credit that the lender won't accept as they can see the source of the funding because the lender won't accept business or individual credit cards as funding sources for reserves. I ended up wasting $3,500 in their membership fee that they provided a service to get business credit that I can't use. I filed a complaint to Better Business Bureau as they use false advertisement as a hook to get your money as in membership fees.

This company makes big promises but fails to deliver. After a disappointing first round of funding, I made numerous attempts to contact the company to discuss and was ignored or put off with reassurances that someone would follow up with me. Over the next two years, I would learn these delay tactics and the lack of urgency with which these people work is merely a means by which they allow your annual membership to expire without them having to perform. After receiving no response, I posted a negative Facebook review which prompted a manager to reach out to me. This company then admitted poor performance and failure to deliver results and they promised they’d do better and also offered me an inquiry removal service as an added benefit through their sister company to address the harmful inquiries that ended up being fruitless. That company allegedly sent out four rounds of dispute...
