I started my process July 2021 with a credit score in the low 700s. Was told my credit profiled looked good and that they usually get you an avg of $80k in the 1st round. This is what I was told. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I was told that I needed to build my personal credit side in order to maximize the business side...something I should've been told upfront. So basically, the numbers they tout are only potentially produced from a current strong credit profile. I only had abt 7k in credit at the time so they suggested that they work on my personal credit 1st before business rounds. Of course, my time was ending for the program and they only added/secured $6500 on my personal. My 3rd round was for business credit and I received 16k but now my program was near the end. My experience with Fund & Grow and Account Manager Samantha M.
In October 2022, I had the good fortune to come across a YouTube video in which a FL real estate investor shared his positive experiences with Fund & Grow. As an aspiring real estate investor seeking capital, I was impressed with that investor’s successes due to Fund & Grow and decided to apply for membership. I had the good fortune to be assigned to the Account Manager Samantha M for my first round of funding.
She was great at keeping me in the loop and quite proactive in renegotiating with two banks that had initially turned me down for funding.
