I learned about F&G through a colleague of mine who (at the time) was recently funded. I thought something like this was too good to be true and that there was a catch or it was a scam, but when my colleague finished the process and received instant credit, I was sold! When I started the process it was seamless from start to finish. I worked with Michael, Brandyn and Jeremy and they were very communicative and helpful! The process was quicker than I expected too! I RECENTLY stood up my LLC for real estate, so I had no business credit at all... however, they were able to get me $50K to start off! This helps tremendously with two rehabs I have ongoing. I plan to go for round two in a few months!
