I really loved the service I had with Angela the respresentative who helped me! She was polite, efficient, and straightforward. She helped me in so many ways get a great business credit line! Thank you! However, the customer service I received past Angela was dismal. A billing person called and admonished me for paying my 2nd payment ahead of time. She was rude and did not check to see that I had paid 3 days early. Today, the same woman called again and said my payment did not go through. I knew something was wrong as I had planned for the payment. I attempted to problem solve with her and she was curt, cut me off, and talked over me. I told her I would make the payment online and within 5 minutes I had paid.
