Kailey did a very conscientious job of cleaning my house, and she was very kind and pleasant to work with, which is very important to me in terms of trust. I will not hesitate to contact Freshing Cleaning in future.

A cleaner from Fresh came to vacuum and mop our floors after they were put in by a reno crew. Not only did she do the floors, she made the bed, wiped down our dressers, cabinets, and even our heaters. She was very friendly too. I appreciated that extra effort!

When my work situation changed I decided it was best to bring in a cleaning service every 3 weeks. Fresh was very responsive and willing to work with the needs of our condo. Having Brie and Stacy as regular cleaners on rotation every 3 weeks on a morning helps me schedule our time, and the dog does not seem too perturbed about the cleaners coming in.

Fresh Cleaning is also good about letting us know ahead of time if something needs to change, such as scheduling over the Christmas holidays, if a date falls on a stat holiday, or if we are not going to be in town what they can do. My initial anxiety of bringing in cleaners has been put at ease (and then some!)
