Freedom Rehab has made a significant difference in my balance, strength and flexibility. Cheryl is an exceptional therapist who makes every session interesting and challenging. For the first time in my life, exercise is fun! Cheryl is always well prepared and carefully monitors my performance on each movement. She explains and demonstrates every exercise and measures my progress at every session. I am thrilled with my improvement in just a few weeks. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Absolutely recommend Freedom Rehab! Brenda has a nice private pool environment, absolutely the best staff. Brenda, Becky & Bridgette (my therapist) are professional yet fun loving. Brenda goes over your history, physical abilities & assigns a therapist. Being in water removes gravity which in itself helps relieve stress on painful areas. They will keep you to task, but in an enjoyable, positive & progressive way.
Every other client I’ve met, were very pleased with their improved core strength & mobility levels. Not one of us came last of our sessions without a sadness of leaving.
