I highly recommend Freedom Mobile and Colorado Apostille Services! I recently had the pleasure of meeting Phil (Owner/Notary) when he travelled to my home to notarize our Estate Planning documents. First, he was prompt and professional. He took his time to explain the process and went over several regulations that most of us are unaware of. More importantly, he was also meticulous in reviewing the notarized documents to ensure that everything was done properly and "by the book" (very Compliance Oriented). Did I forget to mention that he's also a very interesting and nice person! As this was my first experience using the services of a mobile notary service, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to call on Phil, again.

Phil from Freedom Mobile Notary was incredible! We needed to obtain a long form marriage certificate, have it apostilled and sent to us in Portugal. He took care of everything extremely fast, was a pleasure to communicate with, and within a few days all the documents were in the mail, headed for Portugal. I highly recommend Phil and will return to him, should we need anything else in the future. Thank you, Phil!!

Where do I begin! First off, Phil answered immediately when I called for the very first time I - in a bit of a panic. He was kind, informative and guided me through the steps I needed to get the documents needed overseas to me. Next, of course, was the consistent communication and clarity during the shipping process. He provided shipping documents, updates and checked in to make sure I had indeed received my shipment. I cannot recommend this service enough. Phil and his team are incredible!

I've used Phillip's services to verify I-9's for our remote employees. I really appreciate his direct booking link which provides us with scheduling convenience. He is efficient, responsive, and reliable and we sincerely appreciate that I-9 verifications (during a time when remote hiring has increased in the workforce) is a service he provides as a mobile notary. We SO appreciate him and will continue to use his services if we hire more staff in Denver. :)
