I recently had a very nice experience with the latest monthly maintenance visit. I needed help putting away my Christmas decor, putting in a new furnace filter and
putting together a rowing machine for a health benefit. When I got home Matt said he had a surprise for me. He had accomplished everything in 1 1/2 hours and cleaned up afterward. This service is so reliable! And, every time I have asked for help with an appliance that wasn't working they have come within 2 days to put things right. It is so nice to know you have help when you need it. I would be glad to recommend the service to others.

John, Matt, and their team are super friendly and easy to communicate with to plan what needs done and to answer any questions. They care about making sure issues are resolved fully and do any necessary followup. They also remember details about you and your home so you build a relationship with a trusted expert who knows your house and preferences. The appointments are very productive and they even check things I wouldn't have thought to. This frees us from having to chase down contractors and we're finally making progress on our todo list!
