The best boating experience imaginable. Large, diverse, very well maintained fleet, professional & entertaining staff who have quickly become friends. I only wish they were closer to me at Bald Ridge.

My first reservation after joining in February was a trek on a center console in Panama City FL. Took it out for jaunt to a favorite waterfront lunch joint just because I could. Nervous as a wet cat, as I had not piloted a boat solo in years. High winds, choppy seas, and I was the only vessel on the water for the 45 minute cruise each way that given Tuesday. Outstanding thrill, as I damaged zero property and survived to talk about it.

I have since been out on just about every vessel in the Lanier fleet. I entertain and wear out my sons and guests on Freedom Boats as often as possible. Anyone who does not explore this option before buying a boat is,...

Have been a member for more than 10 years, boats are never more than a few years old , and kept up pretty good for the amount of use they get. Yes it does get busy and there have been times we couldn't get a Boat, but that was for lack of planning on our part....still a 100 times better than owning your own Boat.

joining this club is a no brainer, if you can do the math ( boat payment, insurence, docking/ storage fees, the hassle of towing your boat and putting in on a ramp) you've just answered the question.

The customer service is impeccable, availability is excellent even on short notice includng a Saturday. call Allison and she will make it work. I've used the reciprocal at west palm beach club, they were booked, and she still got me on a boat. The staff are family oriented and are all about boating safety.

I have never been overcharged for fuel, Every one of the vessels I've been on has been cleaned,maintained, and good to go.

Mr. Roberge runs a tight ship, his staff is professional and experienced. If you have an issue he will go out of his way to make it right.

The entire staff at Freedom Boat Club in Lake Lanier were extremely hospitable and their boats were all in great condition with many options to choose from. I was very impressed with how well they kept things up and were even nice about allowing us to swap out boats depending on our needs for that particular day's boating excursion. I had the luxury of using a reciprocal reservation as my "home club" is actually in Charleston, SC. I look forward to taking advantage of this membership and visiting again soon. Thanks again!

Recently the entire crew at Freedom Boat Club went out of their way to help my brother and I put together a special day in honor of our parents' 50th anniversary. Our boat was decorated with banners and balloons along with champagne and a bottle of Crown Royal. John and his crew were more than accommodating and went the extra mile to make my parents feel special. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness. Additionally, a few days prior we had been out on one of the boats, and my earrings fell out of my bag. When we arrived the following day, my earrings were waiting for me in an envelope. I highly recommend the Freedom Boat Club in every respect. What a great group pf people!

We recently joined the Freedom Boat Club of Lake Lanier and couldn't possibly be more pleased with their service. We were in a rush to entertain out of town guests and celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. At their own doing they arranged champagne, balloons and a bottle my fathers favorite alcohol. They "get it" and we love that are are part of their club.
