Free Body Physical Therapy

Marc is a phenomenal PT with great attention to detail. I have been to two locations of a certain large chain twice before after car accidents that gave me whiplash (and I had decent experiences), and my experience with Marc and Free Body blew them out of the water.

I have some complicated chronic pain issues (chronic migraines, occipital neuralgia, and chronic neck pain). I have been to 4 neurologists and a pain medicine doctor. I've had bilateral occipital cryo-neural ablation at least 4-5 times, and my pain med doctor brought up implanting a neural stimulator in my spine and the back of my head. Needless to say, I wanted to explore EVERY option prior to that.

Marc and Free Body Physical Therapy are awesome! I visited his office for some shoulder discomfort and he helped me to strengthen some of my secondary muscles in order to help with shoulder mobility. He has amazing knowledge of muscle groups and explained my injury in a clear and effective way. His office is calm and soothing and I enjoyed my time with Marc. He's my go to PT and I would recommend him to anyone I know!

Huge thank you to Marc with FreeBody Physical Therapy! I called him after a run that I took that created a pinched nerve. The pinched nerve made me experience a tingly feeling in my legs which was close to unbearable. He was super receptive to my concerns and jumped on a Telehealth (like: Skype or Zoom) call the same day! He walked through the issues I was experiencing and gave me exercises to do to help alleviate the pain and solve the problem. He checked in with me a week later to give me advanced exercises to continue my progression which have been super helpful.

Marc certainly knows what he's doing. Marc understood my situation and was able to instantly provide some relief to my knees and provided constructive tips and exercises that I could easily do at home to improve my tightness. I was pretty concerned I had some damage in my knee and as Marc likes to say- he will do everything he can to keep you out of surgery and that his goal is to make you have to not come back :)

Dr. Marc was able to deliver results that I wasn't able to achieve at other PT clinics. I had a successful invasive microdiscectomy surgery, but had a few relapses in the year following. Through hands-on manipulation and training Dr. Marc was able to give me lasting results, that I hadn't had before, within just a few months of work. He also listened well, took notes on each visit and my results, and tailored his approach as we worked through my issues.

Especially helpful was that Dr. Marc gave me a program to work on at home every day so I could keep up the work between visits. I would highly recommend Dr. Marc to anyone recovering from surgery or just for more general wellness.
