I had awful neck pain and lower back/hip pain, and was referred here. Marc was incredible with providing relief but also focusing on the root causes and long term wellness. His focused treatment in office and tailored home self exercises made progress so much easier. Within a few sessions I felt immediate relief and over the course of treatment now feel stronger than before. His personal approach to treatment makes it special and I looked forward to every session. The staff here is also incredibly kind and helpful, providing a great atmosphere for treatment. Hi! My name is John and I’ve been coming to Free Body for 2 months. My story started in August when I flipped over my bicycle and landed on my shoulder, leaving me with a broken coracoid process and a grade II AC joint sprain.

I was instructed to immobilize my shoulder for about a month, to allow time for the bone to heal.

After that month, I receive clearance to resume activity and start PT. I work in the IMD (Illinois Medical District) so I wanted someplace close where I can go during my lunch break.

Marc came highly recommended by a friend, so I made the appointment. Marc is great! We talked about my injury, my goals, and how we’re going to get there. He did a great job focusing on my needs and tailoring my recovery to fit me.

Had great sessions with Marc. He helped strengthen my shoulder and improved flexibility in a progressive manor. He was very thorough and clearly explained what areas needed work and the mechanics behind the exercises that helped get me back to playing high quality tennis on a routine basis.
