Free Body Physical Therapy

I cannot recommend Free Body enough. The care I've received here has been phenomenal. The staff are kind, flexible, and are invested in your health. Marc went beyond physical therapy I've had in the past, I leave every session with a solid understanding of why I'm having pain or weakness and a concrete plan for feeling better.

They were understanding of my lifestyle and insurance issues and adapted my care accordingly. Marc spends a lot of time with you and answers any and all questions you have so you walk out the door with a better understanding of your body and a solid plan for feeling better.

As COVID started to wind down, I wanted to return to playing rugby. Shortly after restarting the sport I love, I reaggravated a lower lumbar strain (low back pain). My doctor recommended physical therapy and Free Body is near my home and had good reviews. The reviews were not wrong at all. Marc worked with me and developed an exercise and stretching program specifically for my rugby activity. A few months later and I'm feeling better than I have in years and I can play full matches and tournaments without any back pain. Thanks Marc and Free Body!

I have been working with Marc since April for my lower back. I started having problems with my lower back in March.

Free Body got me back to feeling like 100%. Physical therapy was always a chore for me, but with the judgement free guidance, encouragement and education I received here, they managed to make this whole experience enjoyable.
