I strongly recommend Freebody Physical Therapy to any athlete dealing with a sports-related injury. All the members of the team, Michal, Marissa, and Aubrie are incredible practitioners who have done more for my knee injury in twelve weeks than three previous rounds of PT combined.

Here, I work 1:1 with a therapist who provides not just exercises and treatments, but knowledge and empowerment. They explain all their decisions and key you into the process. This is the first physical therapy team that has encouraged me to keep running and training while I recover, and they educated me on how to do so safely.
