This was the worst case of customer care ever! I had a time sensitive appointment to get my car inspected, and this was the last day. I showed up for the appointment, and no one was there to greet me except a large bulldog who ran over to my car. I phoned the shop and someone named Charlie answered. I explained my fear of the dog, however he did not offer to put the dog aside so that I could enter saying, "he's fine" even though I expressed my morbid fear of the dog. I asked if that meant I had to stay in my car, and his reply was, "Well, the dogs are always here." I then had to spend the rest of the day searching for someone who could inspect my vehicle! Thankfully, a local Midas shop was able to help me. They were fast and friendly. While I respect and admire animal lovers for their relationships with their pets, I feel that shop-owners should also respect that...
