FBI was great start to finish. The woman (I apologize, I don't recall her name) that answers their phone to book appointments was very pleasant and helpful. Appointment was within 3 days of my call. The inspectors (yes, two inspectors) did a fantastic, thorough job on our home inspection. They were very "nitpicky" and pointed out things that I might not have noticed until I lived in the house a month or two. They clearly explained what was just being "nitpicky" and cosmetic vs things that we might want to address ourselves or with the sellers. Thankfully we had no major discoveries. They went point by point thru their pictures talking us through everything before we left the house. I had the inspection results report by later that day.
