When I was called to set up my inspection, the woman on the phone was super friendly and knowledgeable. She truly did set the tone for my overall experience.

Ernie was my inspector and he did an amazing job! He was super thorough and even took me around the home and showed me everything. He even showed me how to change the filter since I've never had to change one before 🙈Lol . He checked all applicances and was able to let me know that the light at the bottom panel of the microwave didn't work. He arrived on time, checked every single light socket, and explained things to me in a manner that I, the girl who knows nothing about houses, could comprehend. I highly highly recommend this company and I'm so thankful for Ernie's knowledge, thoroughness, professionalism, and expertise.

I almost bought what I thought was a beautiful house but appearances can be deceiving. Tom did my inspection and found signs of water damage and a leaking roof that have been patched up several times. Thanks Tom!

I was very pleased with the thorough job Shane did. After he completed his inspection we walked through each room to review his findings. All questions I had were answered.
