Travis did our inspection last week and was absolutely fantastic! He arrived to the inspection earlier and was already getting started when I arrived which was great. I cannot say enough great things about, Brian Smith. This is my first home purchase in, Tampa so there are a lot of things which are a wee bit different from the other locations I've bought a home. After he went through all the nooks and crannies of the home, he walked and explained all the findings to me. Not only the negative findings, but also took the time to explain and show me the positive findings within the home.
