Flippin Cow

My wife and I have been coming here about 6 times a year since we moved to Elkhart 5 years ago. This had been our favorite spot for burgers in town because of the quality product, service, and it is one of the few bars that carry Pilsner Urquell. My most recent visit had been in November and everything was great and usual. After our visit tonight, 2/13/20 I must amend my previous 4 star rating and leave a review stating my reasoning. Our service was great as usual and is the only reason I am leaving 2 stars as opposed to 1. The decline in the quality of our meal is the largest reason for the downgrade. What used to be a burger that comprised of 2 or 3 thin, juicy slightly irregular shaped patties has been replaced by a single, desiccated, what appears to be machine formed patty that was most likely precooked and hot held in a steam table for service. Burger was ok... wait staff was cool... might go back some time in the future..
